3, How to use it
Dosing point: the dosing point is generally at the entrance of the mixing tank. The appropriate dosing point should be selected according to the properties of the slurry and the characteristics of the production process. The basic requirement is to ensure the PAM has sufficient reaction time with the fibers in the slurry, and before the addition point of dry strength agent.
Dosage: The dosage of PAM should be determined according to the actual situation. Experience on wrapping paper general polynection ® The dosage of fs9610 ranged from 0.06% to 0.6%, and the dosage of special paperboard could reach 1.0% to 2.0%.
Dosing method: double tank batch dissolving device was used to dissolve The PAM powder is dissolved into 2.0-5.0% storage water solution;, It is suggested that the water at 15-30 ℃ should be used to dissolve the drug, and the continuous stirring time is about 30-45 minutes after adding the drug to the water. Then, the storage solution is diluted online by 5 ~ 10 times of water with a metering pump and added into the slurry. It is suggested that the concentration of the slurry should be 1.0-2.0%. It is required to use volumetric dosing pump, and screw pump is generally used to transfer or add the aqueous solution of the drug, so as to avoid the destruction of polymer chain by mechanical shear force.
Application notice: The PAM should be used as soon as possible after dissolving, and the storage time should not exceed 6 hours; It is suggested to use clean water for dissolution. If the acid / alkaline ratio of dissolution water is too high, the hardness of water is high, the content of SS is high, the COD is high, the residual chlorine is high, and the water temperature is too high, the dissolution and use effect of the product will be affected; If it is dissolved manually, the powder particles will be evenly scattered in the water when dissolved, and it is easy to cause caking if the feeding is too fast.
